College ERP software, built around how your campus works.
Glass Lattice builds college ERP systems for engineering colleges, universities and institutes: one secure platform for the principal, heads of department, the admin office, faculty, the library, the hostel and students.

One system instead of registers, spreadsheets and separate apps.
ERP stands for enterprise resource planning. In a college, it means one system that holds departments, programmes, students, faculty, attendance, results, library loans and hostel rooms, with every person seeing the part that belongs to their job.
Most colleges begin with paper registers, spreadsheets and a few disconnected apps. Data is typed twice, monthly reports are compiled by hand, and the principal hears about falling attendance after it is too late to act. A well-built college ERP removes the retyping and puts the numbers that need a decision on the right dashboard.
We do not sell a fixed template. We build your ERP around your offices, your terminology and your approval chain, then hand it over with training and documentation. You can start with one department or one module and grow from there.
Modules for every office on campus.
Each office works in a space built for its job, on top of shared records, permissions and reports.
Principal and leadership
An institutional overview with term progress, items needing attention, attendance trends and low-attendance lists across departments.
Heads of department
Running terms, today’s attendance, timetables, curriculum and the students who need attention first.
Users, roles and access
Every account in one place, from one new teacher to a whole incoming batch, with role-based permissions, two-factor sign-in and campus LDAP.
Attendance
Faculty mark a class as a register or student by student, on a desktop or a phone.
Biometric terminals
eSSL and ZKTeco terminals sync on their own and are health-checked from a control room.
Examinations and results
Branch performance, grade bands and academic progression from published results.
Timetables and rooms
Sessions, semester promotion, timetables, curriculum and room booking with clash checks.
Library with Koha
Catalogue, loans, holds and dues mirrored from the college’s Koha library system.
Hostel management
Blocks, rooms and beds, residents and fees, from allocation to deposit refund.
Student portal
Attendance, results, assignments and the next class, on any screen.
Reports and exports
Registers and results as PDF, Excel or CSV, signed printouts and calendar exports.
Live notifications
Real-time notifications and announcements reach every role as they happen.
Proven at Nalanda College of Engineering, Chandi.
NCE Connect is the campus ERP we delivered to Nalanda College of Engineering. Ten role-based dashboards run on one secure system: the principal, heads of department, the admin office, the biometric control room, faculty, the library, the hostel and students each have their own workspace.
It is built on React, Node.js and PostgreSQL, works with the college’s biometric terminals, Koha library system and campus sign-in, and runs on desktops and phones.

Screens are captured from the actual NCE Connect frontend with fictional preview records. No real student, staff or institutional data is shown.
Why a college ERP built for you, not a template.
Ready-made ERPs ask your offices to change how they work. A custom ERP fits the way your college already runs.
Fits your workflow
Your departments, programmes, terms, approval chains and report formats shape the software, not the other way round.
Works with what you own
Biometric terminals, library systems, campus sign-in and the spreadsheets your staff rely on today.
Secure by role
Each person sees only what their role needs, with two-factor sign-in and control over active sessions.
Start small, grow
Begin with attendance or one department, then add modules as each office comes on board.
Your data comes with you
We plan migration from spreadsheets or older software, so records are not typed in again.
Ready to hand over
Documentation, staff training and a clean handover are part of every launch.
How a college ERP project runs.
You see what we are building at every step, and your staff try working builds before launch day.
Discover
We meet the principal, heads of department, the admin office, the examination cell, the library and the hostel to learn how work flows today.
Design
You review roles, modules and clickable prototypes of each dashboard before development begins.
Build
We develop in milestones and share working builds that your staff can try with sample records.
Launch and support
Deployment, data migration, staff training and a clear plan for maintenance and the next modules.

What does ERP mean in a college?
ERP stands for enterprise resource planning. A college ERP is one system that connects departments, students, faculty, attendance, examinations, the library, the hostel and administration, so information is entered once and every office works from the same records.
How much does college ERP software cost?
It depends on the roles, modules, integrations and platforms your college needs. After a short conversation about your offices and priorities, we define milestones, a timeline and an estimate for your project.
How long does it take to implement?
A focused first module, such as attendance, can go live well before a complete ERP. We plan the project in milestones so each office starts using working software as early as possible.
Can it work with our biometric machines and library software?
NCE Connect works with eSSL and ZKTeco biometric terminals, a Koha library system and campus LDAP sign-in. For other devices and software, we assess the integrations they support and agree what can be connected.
Does the ERP work on mobile phones?
Yes. Dashboards work in the browser on desktops and phones, and faculty can mark attendance on a phone. Dedicated Android and iOS apps can be added where they help.
Is it only for engineering colleges?
NCE Connect was built for an engineering college, and the same approach suits degree colleges, universities, polytechnics and training institutes. We shape the modules around each institution.
